Say hello to Donna!
D5NNA at the start of 2001
This is the legendary D5NNA. Firstly Donna had it resprayed in TVR Paradise, along with a leather roof, door cards, pillars, seats with GSi16v Logos, gear gator and sunblinds. It shocked quite a few people when it came out, and it was already my favourite Corsa on the road. Bodywork was still subtle. Still had a standard GSi bodykit, but with Quad Headlights, Steinmetz wing mirrors, Cat back exhaust, 16" alloys and uprated shox n springs.

2001 new look!
Not content with spending all her money, Donna decided to give D5 a makeover (women, always changing their bloody mind)!! It got a new Delta Evo Front bumper, which was extended up, bonnet extension down , washer jets removed, smooth scuttle panel and 1 off single wiper. The most outragous part of the car was the sideskirts fresh off Carismas Renault 5 kit. They were sligtly modded to fit the corsa (her own idea too :-D) and ALWAYS draw attention at cruise/shows.

What a lovely peach!!
Moving to her rear end (which is nice, oh, so is the cars), D5 got a smoothed rear boot, very tasty mod on a Corsa!! The spare wheel arch was cut away to take the 1 off CAT back exhaust with twin 4" inwardly rolled tailpipes. The rear lights have been colour coded, and the rear bumper has been modded and cut. One of the rare parts is the Saxo spoiler. OK, its been done, but D5 got special treatment and had hers smoothed into the original GSi spoiler. It looks the dogs dangles, and not that many people notice it, another subtle, but smart job! |
